Due to the nature of our products (jewellery), returns are accepted only if:
The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item is returned unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product shows signs of use.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return.
